Privacy policy

We process personal data as sparingly as possible and only where it is useful or required for operating the platform.

Controller

Lightnet Multimedia GmbH (Lightnet Multimedia GmbH, 3375 Graben, Switzerland) is responsible for the processing of personal data on muldenapp.ch.

Privacy requests: info@muldenapp.ch.

What data is processed

Depending on usage, we may process contact details, delivery addresses, profile data, order data, partner data, technical log data and voluntarily submitted content such as photos or websites.

Public partner profiles may display company details such as company name, address, opening hours, website, accepted materials and service tags.

Why data is used

Data is used to route orders, calculate prices, show matching suppliers or recycling yards and operate the platform securely.

Anonymized or aggregated data may be used for market insights, live feeds and statistics without exposing private individual details.

Sharing with partners and processors

When an order is placed, the information required for execution is shared with matching providers. We aim to share only the data needed for quotes, delivery, disposal or follow-up questions.

For supplier subscription billing we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Associated processing may also take place in the United States; Stripe relies on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Additional processors include hosting and transactional e-mail providers supporting ordinary platform operations.

Cookies and tracking

We use technically necessary cookies, session data and logs so that login, security, language settings and the ordering flow work reliably.

Additional analytics events are only collected after explicit consent via the consent banner and run exclusively on our own infrastructure (no external trackers such as Google Analytics).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the link in the footer.

Retention periods

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose, for statutory retention duties (in particular Art. 958f CO: 10 years for business records) or to enforce legitimate interests.

Technical log data is regularly truncated or deleted after no more than 12 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability where no legal retention obligations apply.

Any consent granted (e.g. for analytics cookies) can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You may lodge complaints with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority responsible for you.
